Q1: How much is the shipping cost?

Standard shipping is free of charge and Express Shipping is $19.95. 

Q2: WHAT WAYS CAN I PAY MY ORDER?

We have a lot of payment options like Stripe (Credit Card), PayPal, Ideal, Bancontact, ...

IDEAL

Paying via iDeal works in the same way as your bank's internet banking. The various banks that can be paid via iDeal include: ABN AMRO, SNS Bank, ING, Rabobank, ASN Bank, Region Bank, Triodus Bank, Van Lanschot Bankiers & Knab. When paid through iDeal, the payment is immediately received from us. The order will then be dealt with us the same day if payment is made before 16:00.

BANCONTACT

In Belgium, you can use your bancontact to pay with any Belgian payment card. Your payment will be sent to us on the same day. The order will then be dealt with us the same day if payment is made before 16:00.

CREDITCARD

With the Credit Card, you only need the bank number, a CVC code, your name and the date until the payment is valid. This data is processed and accepted by us if everything is correct. When payment is made by credit card, payment will be made directly to us. The order will then be dealt with us the same day if payment is made before 16:00. We accept Mastercard and Visa.

PAYPAL

For PayPal payments, you need an account with PayPal. Sign in with your PayPal data or create an account here. Via PayPal, different payments can be made from a bank account or credit card. When paid through PayPal, the payment is immediately received from us. The order will then be dealt with us the same day if payment is made before 16:00.

Q3: WHERE DO I FIND MY PAYMENT DETAILS?

After you place an order you will receive an order confirmation and a payment mail with all the information in your email. This can sometimes happen in your unwanted mailbox, so check out here too.

Q4: WHERE DO I FIND MY INVOICE?

Have you placed an order and would you like to receive an invoice? Send an email to info@simistore.nl and we will send you a copy of your invoice as soon as possible.
